1-    Vehicle Selection (LTV: Car & SUV):

The process stars from selecting a vehicle from our extensive range of selected vehicles (CAR & SUV) inventory by browsing our user-friendly website. All listed vehicles are currently available for sale. However, if you are looking for a special vehicle, which is not available on our list, we can source your exclusive vehicle/plant, according to your requirements.

Since Sep 2012, we are no longer listing HTV Commercial Vehicles, Plants & Machinery in our inventory. These large items are “Auction Only” and cannot be offered or arranged on fixed prices for international importers. For such big vehicles and plants, please contact us with your requirements and our sales team will be more than happy to arrange your requirements.

Our vehicles are thoroughly checked by a team of qualified engineers and expert mechanic staffs before we even stocked them. We also make sure that the vehicles are MOT certified. Furthermore, an independent & third-party professional check-up from the AA, & HPI report is also included.

2-    Order Placement:

After the selection of your desired units, please contact us to start the order placement process and to calculate the Shipment Charges for your destination port.

Our sales team will also send you an Order Placement document. Please fill in your details and ensure that your contact details are correct, as these will be used on the shipping documents.

A deposit of 05% of FOB price or £500 per vehicle order (whichever is greater) may required at this stage from “New” & “Non-Regular” customers.

3-    Payment:

An official invoice will be issued on order approval. The safest, easiest and fastest acceptable method of payment is by Telegraphic Transfer (TT) through your bankers.

For all direct purchase from the UK Auto Exporters, the full payment must be received & cleared into our bank account within five (7) business days from Order Placement date.

After making payment, Please send a copy of the bank receipt with the invoice by fax or e-mail. Kindly advise the reference number in the message section of the remittance for easy reconciliation.

4-    Shipment & Quick Delivery:

We send exclusive pictures of the vehicle for the customer to be fully satisfied before the shipment.

Upon receipt of clear funds, we will arrange a quick shipment of your vehicle. The shipment acknowledgement will be given, soon after the vessel has left our port and it could take up to four weeks to arrive.

All the necessary documents will then be produced, and dispatched via express courier. The documents would be available within 5-7 days for you to prepare the customs clearing process.

We always do our best to arrange next possible vessel for the shipment. We also make sure that the export customs clearance has been done promptly with the accurate paperwork.

Our staffs remain on port for the safe & scratch-free loading of the vehicles & plants. In addition, before the shipment, the vehicles are also cleaned & checked for shipment safety to hideaway/secure any valuables inside the cabin.

5-    Vehicle Collection:

Please contact a local clearing agent to arrange collection of your vehicles or plants. In order to speed up the process, the clearing agent could be nominated prior to the shipment to receive the necessary documents directly from us.

In case of 1st import, we can refer some reliable clearing agents in different countries from our regular customer’s reference. However, the customs duties etc will have to be paid in many countries on arrival of the vehicles or plants.
